We have started accepting pre-orders for online sales of official Natori 3rd ONE-MAN LIVE "The Abyss" merchandise in advance, allowing you to pick up your merchandise at the venue at your preferred time on the day of the performance.
On the day of the event, you will not have to wait in line for merchandise, and you can pick up your ordered products at the designated counter at the time of your choice.

Sales period

Friday, February 6, 2026, 6:00 PM - Wednesday, February 11, 2026 (National Holiday), 11:59 PM *Customers without tickets are also welcome to apply. *Once you have applied, your order cannot be canceled, changed, or your desired pickup date and time cannot be changed. Please be careful before applying. *In-venue pickup fee: ¥300 (tax included) per session

Precautions

・There is a limit to the number of items available for sale at this time. Please note that even if the order period is still open, the order will end as soon as the planned number of items is reached.
・Only the person who applied can collect the item at the venue. Please note that accompanying persons are not allowed to line up to collect the item at the venue. (This does not apply to preschool children or those who need to be accompanied.)
・Multiple applications cannot be collected at once. Please collect each application separately.
・We will be selling merchandise on the day, but the number of products will be limited.
- Orders for commercial or resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
・If you are unable to receive your tickets, we will ship them to you cash on delivery after all performances have ended.
・If the performance is postponed or canceled due to natural disasters, weather, the spread of COVID-19, or other reasons, we will still ship your ordered items at your own expense. Please consider this carefully before placing your order.

*In the case of "unreceived product" or "cancelled performance," you will be charged the actual shipping cost, not the shipping fee set by the online store. This will be calculated by the shipping company based on the shipping distance, size (dimensions and weight) of the package, and shipping method.
*For areas where cash on delivery is not available (such as remote islands), please transfer the shipping fee in advance by bank transfer, and the item will be shipped after we confirm your payment.
*Please note that if you have applied using an overseas address, we will not be able to ship the item at a later date and you will be refunded or your order will be cancelled.

Choose your preferred date and time.
Please be careful not to make any mistakes when applying.
Please note that there are limited number of dates and times available. Even if it is within the sales period, the sales will end once the maximum number of seats is reached.

*Once you apply for a numbered admission ticket, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please be sure to apply for a date and time that allows you to enter.

[Step 2] Complete your application

Once the date and time are decided, you can complete the application.
There is no payment at the time of application.


Present your admission ticket at the venue to enter and purchase merchandise at the venue.

Once your application is complete, your admission ticket will be displayed in your order history on your My Page.

About receiving your product

Once you have completed ordering and payment for your product, a QR code will be displayed in your order history on your My Page.
If you do not have a QR code, we will not be able to give you the product, so please be sure to bring it with you.

■About the "QR code" issued after your order is confirmed
You can check the QR code by selecting [View order] in the order completion notification email or by selecting the order number from [Order history] on your My Page.
Due to the high volume of customers at the pick-up venue, it is expected that it may be difficult to connect to the internet, so please make sure that you have the QR code displayed in the order history on your My Page before coming to the venue.
We may ask you to verify your identity. Please bring your identification.

■About identity verification certificates
Proof of identity will be required to receive the product.
Please be sure to bring one of the following documents. Please note that expired documents and copies are not acceptable.
(1) Driver's license, various licenses with photo
(2) Passport for entry and exit
(3) My Number (Personal Number) Card *Notification Cards are not accepted
(4) Basic Resident Registration Card
(5) Student ID card or student handbook with photo
(6) Physical disability certificate
(7) Mental disability insurance and welfare handbook
(8) Rehabilitation Handbook
(9) Residence Card
(10) Special permanent resident certificate
(11) Any other official document with a photo that verifies your address, name, and date of birth.

◆Others
If you do not have a photo ID, please bring two of the following documents (12) to (15) that can verify your address, name, and date of birth.
(12) Health insurance card, medical expenses eligibility card, nursing care insurance card, welfare recipient card
(13) Student ID or student handbook without a photo
(14) Pension book, basic pension number notice
(15) Any other official document that verifies your address, name, and date of birth.

・All ordered items will be prepared by our sales staff. Please confirm the order details and quantity on the spot.
・Defective items can only be exchanged at the venue where you received them on the day. In the case of a defective item exchange, a receipt is required. Please note that we cannot exchange items without a receipt.
